Spring
Clear accumulated winter grime and pollen after the main local pollen fall, so the panels are ready for brighter months. Rain does not always remove sticky pollen.
Give your panels a clear view of the sun with a professional pure-water clean. Choose a one-off visit or request a regular Spring and Autumn schedule.

Dust, pollen, salt spray and bird droppings can build up on solar glass. We use a specialist pure-water system and assess roof access and conditions before work begins.
The service covers residential systems up to two storeys. Complex access, damage or heavy lichen may require an individual quote. We flag visible concerns; the clean is not an electrical inspection or a guarantee of increased output.

Optional before-and-after photos, lichen treatment and bird-proofing inspection can be requested below. Treatment and access are assessed before confirmation.

Spring and Autumn are useful check-in points, especially where pollen or bird activity is an issue. We can suggest a suitable schedule after seeing your system.
They are practical check-in points for Northland homes, rather than fixed rules for every roof. We suggest a Spring clean around the local pollen cycle and an Autumn clean after summer exposure, then adjust to what is actually on your panels.

Check for summer dust, bird droppings, salt and organic buildup before the lower-light months. Properties sheltered from grime may need less frequent cleaning.
